Because this EP does not contain any lyrics, it may well be impossible to discern an exact narrative. If you listen to the EP straight through, it is composed in a way to tell a chronologically-based story. In fact, each track (excluding the 6th and 7th tracks) were produced in chronological order. That is something that makes this EP special in its narrative.

To summarize the narrative behind this EP: The unspoken narrative of this EP is a narrative of emotional difficulty navigating the hurdles, speedbumps, hiccups - whatever you would like to call them - of life. I decided to title the EP “EXPEDITION” because producing the thing was quite literally a journey. It includes music that I made while I was still studying in my undergrad at Winthrop University and music that was actually included in some of my last composition juries. This EP serves as a narrative of perseverance and change, it serves as a representation of what I have been able to produce so far, and what I have been able to produce through my constant experimentation and pursuit of my artistic vision, speedbumps and unexpected turns all included.
